The micrometer has been strictly made in accordance with DIN863. It has a large, easy-to-read Digital display, carbide-tipped anvils and the measuring spindle is hardened and ground. The micrometer is Class A in electrostatic discharge and offers IP65 protection with coolant & fluid resistance. The micrometer stand has a fully adjustable micrometer clamp. The stand is non marring and has a lacquered cast iron base. The stand also has a clamping capacity or 5/8″. with a flat frame style. The stand weighs 3 lbs.
