Staubli CBI Quick Disconnect Plug with Male End Fitting CBI 06.7151/IA
The Staubli CBI series dry-disconnects are designed for maximum resistance to vibration fatigue. The steel / stainless steel construction and extended guiding interface between plug and socket offers great mechanical strength in high-vibration environments.
CBI fittings offer easy, one-handed operation. The 06 size has a 6mm (1/4″) bore diameter. Connected to a CBI 06 series socket, it can flow up to 8.5 liters per minute (132 GPH) flow with just 0.25 bar (3.6 psi) pressure drop*. Disconnected, both the plug and the socket prevent flow out (spillage) and flow in (contamination). Internal clean-break valves automatically open when connected and close when disconnected.
The FFKM (perfluoroelastomer) internal seals are compatible with lubricating oil, with an extended temperature range of 0° C to 250° C (32° F to 482° F). Maximum working pressure 50 bar (725 psi) is suitable for any non-hydraulic application (e.g., not brakes, clutch, or power steering). The CBI plug will also mate with a Staubli SPI 06 socket.
