Dasqua 1/8 X 6″ Precision Parallel Set & Pair Of 1-2-3 Blocks The parallel set is made of premium alloy steel, oil-quenched and hardened to HRC 58–63. They are also precision ground for accuracy: ±0.01 mm height/width, ±0.005 mm parallelism. The set is made with rounded corners to protect hands, workpieces, and vises and has slightly lapped edges help reduce collision damage. The parallels included are 10 matched pairs in sizes 3/4, 7/8, 1, 1-1/8, 1-1/4, 1-3/8, 1-1/2 & 1-5/8”. The included 1-2-3 blocks are hardened and precision ground on all 6 sides. Their 23-hole design provides you with versatile clamping and fixturing with 5 tapped holes that are 3/8”-16 & 18 untapped holes. The blocks are heat treated to HRC 58–62 for durability and are highly accurate for setup and alignment work with a tolerance of size +-0.0002”, parallelism 0.0002” and height of pair 0.0002”. Includes a durable aluminum case.
